character in a charming and lively blend. It takes its name from Mount Athos, which our
privately owned vineyards look at as they are cooled by the breeze coming from the
homonymous bay.

Winemaking: Classic white vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel
tanks. The wine remains in the lees for at least 6 months.
Tasting Characteristics: Light lemon color. Complex aromas of bergamot, grapefruit, pear
and white flowers combined with mineral and herbal notes. Harmonious and full of
freshness on the palate, with lively acidity, fruit purity and a softly mineral finish.
Harmony: Seafood, fish and white meat with lemon sauces.
Serving suggestions: Enjoy at 9-11°C.
