Wine Red Dry / Newlands Winery
Winemaking: Classic red winemaking. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12
months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Deep purple colour. Intense and fresh aromas of black and red fruits, reminiscent of cherry, black cherry and plum, combined with elegant notes of vanilla, spices
and chocolate. Concentrated on the palate with a depth of fruit, ripe tannins and a charming, long finish.
Harmony: Red meats grilled or cooked, game, mature cheeses and cold cuts.
Serving suggestions: Enjoy at 16-18°C. It is recommended to decant the wine half an hour
before serving.
