Description
Elia is a blend of 70% Syrah, 20% Grenage Rouge and 10% Carignan. The name is inspired from the nearby olive tree of Vouves which is claimed to be the oldest tree of the world and it is the tree which the Olympic winners garlands were made of. Elia is a full bodied wine, with intense tannins and complex aromatic bouquet. Ages one year in French oak barrels. Not filtered.
