The 2025 release from Papargyriou Winery comes from a high-altitude vineyard (950 m) in Sofiana and represents its first harvest. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on the lees for three months with bâtonnage, the wine was bottled unfiltered in limited quantities.
Aromas of lemon, lime and orange zest with hints of peach and jasmine. On the palate it is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, citrus flavours and subtle notes of toasted bread, finishing with the characteristic mineral touch of Riesling.
