paprika in the beginning followed by bright raspberry on the nose. Approachable on the
palate, with gentle tannins, straightforward berry style flavors and just a touch of thyme.
Very elegant alcohol level wraps the wine offering the necessary balance. This ia a very
versatile red and can be enjoyed even a bit chilled. Would pair perfectly with a cheese
platter, light poultry, or red sauce pasta.
