Building on a foundation of Cabernet Sauvignon, we created a blend that features its strength and aromas, complemented by something more exotic and complex. Aged in barrel for 18 months and bottled unfiltered, this wine has many years of evolution ahead of it. Pair it with venison, wild boar, or grilled fillet at 18°C.
A Cabernet-Sauvignon-based blend, with deep color and a complex bouquet, that will
continue to evolve for 10-12 years. It ages for 24 months in oak barrels and is bottled
unfined and unfiltered. Best drunk at 18 0C with grilled meat or game.
