Vinification: The wine is vinified without skins, fermented for five days in stainless-steel tanks at a low temperature of 15 °C and aged for two months on its own lees.
Tasting note: Sweet and smooth, with fruit and floral notes, this wine is best enjoyed at 8 °C and pairs beautifully as an aperitif or at the end of a meal with fruits, aged cheeses, or hazelnut cake.
Alcohol: 5.5%
