Cuvee Helene is made from 100% Goustolidi, cultivated at an altitude of 750 meters in Sofiana, Corinthia. This wine is full-bodied and creamy, showcasing aromas of white-fleshed fruits, minerals, and brioche, all while displaying elegance and balance. It is aged in French oak barrels for 4-5 months and is bottled unfiltered.
Nose: Medium lemon color and aromas of apricot, peach, tangerine, lemon, citron, dough, brioche, dried nuts and toast.
Taste: Medium to full bodied, Juicy and crispy with oily texture,
citrus fruits mixed with stone fruits, honey and a lot of minerality.
