Description
Sourced from a high-altitude site at 640 meters, the fruit brings purity and brightness. A portion of the wine is aged for six months in oak from the Vosges Forest, adding gentle layers of complexity while still allowing Vidiano’s natural aromatics and minerality to shine.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Clear medium lemon with green edges
Aromas: A fusion of apricot, peach, bergamot, and grapefruit, lifted by soft touches of vanilla, butter, honey, toast, and faint tobacco.
Taste: Silky and slightly viscous with vibrant acidity and a medium-plus body. Notes of ripe apricot, lime, white peach, honeysuckle, vanilla, butter, toasted oak, and hazelnut follow through, ending on a refreshing mineral finish.
